A colorful concoction made of Benedictine, Cognac, Cointreau and fresh lemon juice – it’s a recipe to make your taste buds pop. Featured as Bemelmans cocktail of the month for February, there isn’t a more romantic setting to sit Between the Sheets and enjoy live jazz by Chris Gillespie each night of the week.

Between the Sheets
1.5 oz V.S. Cognac
½ oz Benedictine
½ oz Cointreau
¾ oz fresh lemon juice
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a burnt orange peel.
